Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
Items showing signs of wear, makeup, perfume, marks, or damage may not be accepted.
As many SANLEKA pieces are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to availability.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SANLEKA is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
