Shipping policy
Order Processing
We begin preparing every order within 24 hours of purchase (business days only). Once your order is picked and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the expected delivery window and tracking details (when available).
Delivery Windows
- All deliveries will take 2 to 5 business days from the date of order.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During busy periods (sales, holidays) deliveries may take a little longer — we will always keep you informed.
Delivery Pricing
- Free delivery for orders over Rs. 10,000/=.
- A flat delivery fee of Rs. 250/= applies to orders below Rs. 10,000/=.
- Delivery charges apply to all deliveries, including exchange deliveries.
- Exchanges due to product defects will be delivered free of charge.
- All delivery charges are non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Sri Lanka for all orders.
Missed Deliveries & Returns
Our courier will call before attempting delivery — each call counts as an official delivery attempt. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, or if the parcel is not collected within 10 days of dispatch, the parcel will be returned to SANLEKA.
- Prepaid orders: We can arrange redelivery once the parcel is back in our warehouse.
- COD orders: Redelivery will only happen after payment is received by bank transfer.
Changing Your Delivery Address or Special Requests
If you need to update your shipping address or delay dispatch due to unavoidable circumstances, a written request must be sent to sanleka.lk@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +94 765758538.
Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been dispatched. Address amendments may delay the delivery timeframe.
